PLL Products
Z-Communications PLL modules are designed for use in any variety of today’s commercial wireless applications. Current solutions are available from 100 MHz to 5.5 GHz and can be programmed to lock at specific frequencies through a 3-wire CMOS serial interface. Also available are fixed frequency PLL solutions which can be preprogrammed by the factory. Each are highly integrated Hybrid-MICs utilizing the latest in chip scale packaging (CSP), 0201 sized components, and low noise VCO technology. All PLL’s include the frequency synthesizer IC, loop filter, and VCO allowing for quick and easy integration.

CRO Based VCO Modules
The CRO product line has revolutionized the VCO industry with its unparalleled noise performance at an outstanding price. Keeping within the standard surface mount MINI package, the CRO line utilizes coaxial resonator technology to deliver high performance and superior quality operating at frequencies ranging from 1900 MHz to over 6 GHz. In addition to delivering low phase noise performance, Z-Communications' CROs also feature low pushing, pulling, and harmonic suppression helping lend itself to all applications where performance is a must.

Ultra Low Noise CLV Series VCO Modules
The CLV product line of VCOs utilize patented low phase noise technology to overcome the limitations of bandwidth and provides excellent phase noise performance. The CLV line of VCOs has sold hundreds of thousands of units for use in applications from SONET to fixed wireless. Aside from the superior performance, the success of the CLV product line can also be attributed to the low cost packaging utilized in the design. No other VCO has made such an impact on raising the bar for quality, performance, and price as the Z-Communications CLV.

Low Cost MINI VCO
Z-Communications' MINI package VCO has become the industry standard. Being our largest VCO product line, the MINI VCO's range from 40 MHz to over 6 GHz, with bandwidths spanning over an octave and phase noise unmatched by anyone in the industry.

SMV Series VCOs
The SMV series VCOs is a natural evolution from the MINI package. Residing in the 0.3" x 0.3" Sub-L package the SMV series of VCOs do not sacrifice performance for size. Our extensive product line utilizes 0201 case sized components to make the most out of a small area. This small size in-turn reduces the space required on your PCB. If space is of paramount concern, then the SMV package is the best solution for your wireless application.

USSP Series VCOs
The USSP series of VCO modules are the world's smallest Hybrid-MIC VCO measuring only 0.2" x 0.2". This is the next generation VCO for WLAN to GPS handsets applications.
