RI-23 系列
封闭式密封在充气外壳中的超小型干簧开关。是带有常开触点,并有两个磁激励干簧的单极单掷(SPST)型。
该开关为双端型。或电磁激励,或永磁,也可能是两者的结合。
该部件计划用于继电器、检测元件、脉冲计数器或类似装置。

期望寿命及可靠性
以下给出的期望寿命数据对于RI-23 系列中的各种类型的绕组,当其以公布的最大工作电流1.25倍激励时有效。

 

 

 

无负载状态 (工作频率: 100Hz)

期望寿命 : 10-9以下的故障率、90%置信等级,至少工作108 次。

寿命终结标准:
   触点电阻 2 ms后大于 1W
   释放时间> 2ms (闭合或触点吸和)

 

 

 

加载状态(电阻性负载: 12 V 4 mA(15mA最大); 工作频率: 170 Hz)

安装

The CT05 is a molded dry reed switch.  It is single-pole, single throw (SPST) type, having normally open ruthenium contacts. The sensor is a double-ended type and may be actuated with an  electromagnet, a permanent magnet or a combination of both. The device is designed for SMD mounting and is available in Gull Wing or J-Lead configurations.

Test Coil - The magnetic sensitivity of the CT05 sensors is defined in a special test coil. Consult factory for details.

Ordering information: A complete part number is represented by the digits to the right of the CT05 series prefix followed by a suffix as shown.

Example: CTO5-3050-G1 is a CT05 sensor (5mm encapsulated switch) with a sensitivity range from 30 to 50 AT lead. Lead ends are formed according to the G1 version.

* CT05XXXX (0001-1999) without a suffix is a customer special.

 

Notes:

1 Surface mount component processing temperature: 500°F (260°C) max for one minute dwell time. Temperature measured on leads where lead exits molded package.

 

 

The CT10 is an encapsulated dry reed switch. It is single-pole, single throw (SPST) type, having normally open ruthenium contacts. The sensor is a double-ended type and may be actuated with an electromagnet, a permanent magnet or a combination of both. The device is designed for SMD mounting and is available in three lead configurations.

The NEW CT10 G2 is 260°C process temperature hardy.
