The Standard Open type transducers consist of a piezoelectric ceramic disc mounted at the node of its fundamental resonant frequency, a conical metal resonator bonded at the center of disc acting as a rigid piston. This special construction provides high sensitivity, wider bandwidth, and excellent durability in wide temperature and humidity ranges and high stability in electrical and mechanical characteristics. Due to its free vibration character the open type transducers are very suitable for continual wave driving, such as Doppler motion detector

防水型超音波換能器
The Standard Enclosed type transducers, are designed to be hermetically sealed and can be used for outdoor installations, as well as dusty indoor atmospheres.
The transducers consist of a metal housing with integral metal diaphragm. They operate at resonance on the first harmonic overtone. The backs of these transducers are completely sealed with resin, protecting them from exposure to the environment.
Although it is constructed to be watertight, it is not recommended for use under water.

脈波驅動型超音波換能器

The Pulse/Tone Burst type transducers include two groups of transducer: open type (PT) and enclosed type (EP). Both of these two type transducers are specially designed for echo ranging systems having character of short ringing comparing with our standard type transducers. Several transducers of asymmetric beam patterns were designed specially for car reversing systems for minimizing unwanted wave reflection picking up from ground.

Transducers with built-in temperature compensated capacitor and of shorter ringing are available upon request.

匹配層防水型超音波換能器

The Sealed Matching Layer type transducers are designed specially for factory automations and level measurements, which includes two major matching layer materials, Silicone Rubber and Glass Filled Resin. The SML type transducers cover frequency range from 25KHz to 500KHz and the measuring distances are from few centimeter up to around 20 meters. Glass filled resin GE type transducers can be arraged upon request.

These type transducers are fully sealed can meet NEMA 4X, 6P and IP67 requirements.

Pro-Wave presents a series of mechno-electrical sensors and detectors produced by advanced piezoelectric polymer film technology. The polymer film of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVF2) exhibits a conspicuous piezoelectric effect and also has high compliance comparing with other piezoelectric crystals or ceramic materials. Because of its superior piezoelectric strain constant (g value), 10-20 times larger than piezoelectric ceramic, it is an ideal sensing material for converting mechanical to electrical energy.
Besides the standard products shown on this catalogue, we are also developing a series of sensing devices by using this particular piezoelectric thin film material. Please contact with us for your special needs.

微孔噴嘴型超音波換能器
斯闊企業新推出微孔噴嘴型超音波霧化換能器,此一先進之微機技術將改變超音波霧化器整體之結構。
微孔噴嘴型超音波霧化換能器由一厚度振動之壓電陶瓷片及一僅 50 μ m 厚度之金屬箔,在此一金屬箔上成形數千個約 7-10 μ m 微形噴嘴孔,利用如噴墨印表機之噴墨原理,將水或其他液體經由數十千赫芝以上之振動頻率霧化噴出。與傳統之超音波霧化器不同,液體不須預加在換能器上增加換能器工作負載;此新型換能器利用虹吸管原理將液體吸引至金屬箔下端 , 經由微孔利用高頻振動將液體霧化。因無長存液體負載,使用微孔噴嘴型超音波霧化器與傳統型超音波霧化器相較霧化效率可高數十倍以上。 除此目錄介紹之換能器外, 其他如圓型或特殊要求之換能器均可製作,請與我們聯絡
