传感器技术

精确稳准的测量

传感技术在汽车和工业设备中往往起重要作用,因此传感测量必须高度精确、可靠和稳准。磁阻(MR)传感器满足所有这些要求,同时还带来了一系列好处。例如,它们在履行测量职责时无需接触要测量的部件。这意味着实现了无磨损运行,不会影响测量过程。

面向卓越系统的常规传感器

我们的传感器基于磁阻效应,而磁场会影响材料电阻。在磁阻传感器中,坡莫合金(19%的铁+81%的镍)等带电磁性材料的电阻受外部磁场影响。磁场施加到电流平面后,材料内部的磁化矢量随磁场角度旋转,材料电阻也随之改变。

模拟转数字

然后,集成电路将模拟输入信号转换为数字输出信号。在测量范围内,输出电平与传感距离无关

磁阻效应

磁阻传感器卓越的精确性、可靠性和稳准性使其成为汽车应用的理想选择。传感器与目标之间有较宽的气隙支持多种应用。这是因为磁阻传感器的信号可以进行调适,偏移、增益和滞后均可以用数字方式进行调整,确保了出色的气隙功能。
