产品特点
扭矩传感器主要用于测量发动机、电机、变速箱等各种驱动部分的扭矩,其特点是使用应变片测量扭曲,产品根据信号的传送方式分为两大类,一类使用变压器,另一类使用光学仪器。不管是静止状态还是高速旋转状态,都可进行稳定的扭矩测量。

The
torque transducer that measures the force of the
twist (torque) has the flange type (TMHS series,
TMHFB series and TMOFB series) and the shaft
type (TMOS series) by optical transmission
method, the both shaft type (TMNR series and
TMNR-ME series) by rotation transformer method
and the both shft type (TMBN series) by slipling
method. The torque measurement and the torque
instrumentation system that fits to use can be
constructed. |

TMNR type Torque meter
is a highly effective rotary
transformer to transmit the
electric signal that the
sensing point of torque
detected.
Therefore, the steady
performance is gotten as for
the measurement for a long
time, because driving side
and the measurement side are
noncontact.
It is used for the
instrumentation control only
for the measurement.
It is possible to use it for
not only the torque
measurement but also the
instrumentation control
field, For instance, control
of stir power and kneading
power in food chemical
industry etc., because of
the efficient rotary
transformer adoption. |

TMNR-*ME type Torque
meter can measure the torque
from the geostationary axis
to the high-speed spindle by
the double bearing adoption.
As the strength is higher
than the standard model (TMNR
type) both for radial and
thrust, and a direct
coupling with a propeller
shaft etc. are more possible
by making the bearing
double. Because the dropping
lubricant method is assumed
to be a standard, the torque
measurement to which a heavy
load hangs is possible.
