　　数据采集器的产品硬件特点：

　　 1、CPU处理器：随着数字电路技术的发展，数据采集器大多采用16位或是更好的32位CPU（中央微处理器）。CPU的位数、主频等指标的提高，使得数据采集器的数据处理能力、处理速度要求越来越高。使用户的现场工作效率得到改善。
　　 2、手持终端内存：目前大多数产品采用FLASH-ROM+ RAM型内存。操作系统、应用程序、字库文件等重要的文件存储在FLASH-ROM里面，即使长期的不供电也能够保持。采集的数据存储在RAM里面，依靠电池、后备电池保持数据。由于RAM的读写速度较快，使得操作的速度能够得到保证。手持终端内存容量的大小，决定了一次能处理的数据容量。
　　 3、功耗：包括条码扫描设备的功耗、显示屏的功耗、CPU的功耗等及部分。由电池支持工作。
　　 4、输入设备：包括条码扫描输入、键盘输入两种方式。
　　 5、显示输出：目前的数据采集器大都具备大屏液晶显示屏。能够显示中英文、图形等各种用户信息。同时在显示精度、屏幕的工业性能上面都有较严格的要求。
　　 6、与计算机系统的通讯能力：作为计算机网络系统的延伸，手持终端采集的数据及处理结果要与计算机系统交换信息。
　　 7、外围设备驱动能力：
　　 利用数据采集器的串口、红外口，可以联接各种标准串口设备，或者通过串-并转换可以连结各种并口设备。包括：串并口打印机、调制解调器等，实现电脑的各种功能。

　　 无线数据采集器产品的特点

　　 便携式数据采集器是对于传统手工操作的优势已经是不言而喻的，然而一种更先进的设备——无线数据采集器则将普通便携式数据采集器的性能进一步的扩展。无线数据采集器大都是便携式的，除了具有一般便携式数据采集器的优点外，还有在线式数据采集器的优点，它与计算机的通讯是通过无线电波来实现的，可以把现场采集到的数据实时传输给计算机。相比普通便携式数据采集器又更进一步的提高了操作员的工作效率，使数据从原来的本机校验、保存转变为远程控制，实时传输。
　　 无线式数据采集器之所以称之为无线，就是因为它不需要像普通便携式数据采集器那样依靠通讯座和PC进行数据交换，而可以直接通过无线网络和PC、服务器进行实时数据通讯。要使用无线手持终端就必须先建立无线网络。无线网络设备——登陆点（Access Point）相当于一个连接有线局域网和无线网的网桥，它通过双绞线或同轴电缆接入有线网络（以太网或令牌网），无线手持终端则通过与AP的无线通讯和局域网的服务器进行数据交换。
　　 无线式数据采集器通讯数据实时性强，效率高。无线数据采集器直接和服务器进行数据交换，数据都是以实时方式传输。数据从无线数据采集器发出，通过无线网络到达当前无线终端所在频道的AP，AP通过连接的双绞线或同轴电缆将数据传入有线LAN网，数据最后到达服务器的网卡端口后进入服务器，然后服务器将返回的数据通过原路径返回到无线终端。所有数据都以TCP/IP通讯协议传输。可以看出操作员在无线数据采集器上所有操作后的数据都在第一时间进入后台数据库，也就是说无线数据采集器将数据库畔⑾低逞由斓矫恳桓霾僮髟钡氖种小?br> 　　 无线数据采集器的产品硬件技术特点与便携式的要求一致，包括CPU、内存、屏幕显示、输入设备、输出设备等等。除此之外，比较关键的就是无线通讯机制。目前使用比较广泛的有无线跳频技术、无线扩频技术两种。应该说两种技术各有优缺点，但是对于普通的仓储物流、零售应用来说，跳频技术由于其抗干扰能力较强，数据传输稳定，所以采用较广泛。
　　 每个无线数据采集器都是一个自带IP地址的网络节点，通过无线的登陆点（AP），实现与网络系统的实时数据交换。
　　 无线数据采集器与计算机系统的连接基本上采用三种方式，
　　 1、TELNET终端仿真连接：在这种方式下，无线数据采集器本身不需要开发应用程序。只是通过TELNET服务登陆到应用服务器上，远程运行服务器上面的程序。在这种方式下工作，由于大量的终端仿真控制数据流在无线采集器和服务器之间交换，通讯的效率相对会低一些。但是由于在数据采集器上无需开发应用程序，在系统更新升级方面会相对简单、容易。
　　 2、传统的C/S结构：将无线数据采集器作为系统的CLIENT端，采集器上面根据用户的应用流程要求进行程序的开发。开发平台与便携式一样，根据不同产品有所不同。这种方式下工作，数据采集器与通讯服务器之间只需要交换采集的数据信息，数据量小，通讯的效率相应的较高。但是像便携式数据采集器一样，每台无线数据采集器都要安装应用程序，对于后期的应用升级显得较麻烦。
　　 3、B/S结构：在无线数据采集器上面内嵌浏览器，通过HTTP协议与应用服务器进行数据交换。这种方式对无线数据采集器的系统要求较高，基于WinCE平台下面的产品相对来讲比较容易实现，象日本CASIO公司生产的几款看设备。
　　 从上面可以看出，在应用无线数据采集器时，具体采用何种方式进行，应该根据实际的应用情况而定。
　　 数据采集器的应用性能指标 -- 温度、湿度、抗震性等。

　　 由于手持终端大都在室外使用，周围的湿度、温度等环境因素对手持终端的操作影响比较大。尤其是液晶屏幕、RAM芯片等关键部件，低温、高温特性都受限制。因此用户要根据自身的使用环境情况选择手持终端产品。
　　 在寒冷的冬天，作业人员使用手持终端在户外进行数据采集。当工作完毕，返回到屋内时，由于市内外的温度差会造成电路板的积水。此时如果马上开机工作，电流流过潮湿的电路板会造成机器电路短路。与中低档手持终端产品不同，高档手持终端产品针对这项指标进行过严格的测试，给用户以可靠的操作性能。同时用户在使用手持终端产品时要十分注意避免以上现象的发生。
　　 同时因为作业环境比较恶劣，手持终端产品要经过严格的防水测试。能经受饮料的泼溅、雨水的浇淋等常见情况的测试都应该是用户选择产品时应该考虑的因素。针对便携产品防水性的考核，国际上有IP标准进行认证。对通过测试的产品，发给证书。
　　 抗震、抗摔性能也是手持终端产品另一项操作性能指标。作为便携使用的数据采集产品，操作者无意间的失手跌落是难免的。因而手持终端要具备一定的抗震、抗摔性。目前大多数产品能够满足1米以上的跌落高度。
